The Department of the Chief Minister (DCM) is seeking feedback on your interactions with us. This satisfaction survey has four questions for each business unit and should take less than five minutes to complete. The survey links to DCM’s key performance indicators as detailed in the 2019-20 Budget Paper Number 3 and will provide the DCM management team with valuable feedback.

The output groups we are seeking feedback on are:

Advice and Coordination output group

  1. Strategic Policy Coordination and Engagement

  2. Regional Coordination and Aboriginal Affairs

Government Business Support output group

  1. Support to Ministers and Leader of the Opposition

  2. Support to the Administrator

  3. Government Services

DCM’s Governance, Information and Reporting (GIR) team is coordinating this year’s survey. Please note, the survey is designed to ensure your response is confidential and, by collating responses from all relevant stakeholders, will provide an overall client satisfaction rating for each business unit.

The survey will close on 15 July 2020. Thank you for participating.
